How these are maintained
Two kinds of page live here, and they're handled differently.
- The ones about history and the neighbourhood itself don't change. The 1959 merger that created Peel Village will be the same fact in 2040.
- The ones about permits, second units, schools and prices change, sometimes substantially. Those carry a last checked date at the bottom and get reviewed annually. The second-unit rules alone have moved twice since 2023, which is exactly why the date is printed.
If you find something out of date or simply wrong, tell me. Corrections get made and get printed in the paper.
